{"id":521,"date":"2024-01-23T09:54:24","date_gmt":"2024-01-23T08:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/bakery\/"},"modified":"2025-07-06T18:05:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-06T16:05:08","slug":"bakery","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/en\/bakery\/","title":{"rendered":"Bakery"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>COOMING SOON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Frignano Vivo Community Social Cooperative, in collaboration with FrignAut, intends to launch an artisanal cookie workshop\/bakery designed as a community asset, based on the following key pillars:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the <strong>quality<\/strong> and <strong>promotion of local agri-food supply chains<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>job inclusion<\/strong> of people with disabilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the involvement of the <strong>most vulnerable individuals<\/strong> in the production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The flagship product of the workshop will be a line of <strong>high-quality cookies inspired by local specialties<\/strong>. These cookies will be available in several variations, each featuring flavors tied to local excellence\u2014such as blueberries, chestnuts, butter, spelt, and hazelnuts, among others. This concept was enriched by a pastry competition aimed at students of the IAL Serramazzoni. The new cookie line will complement the CookAut cookies, developed by Chiara Romani for FrignAut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, the other products will include cakes and desserts, with particular attention to local recipes; later, production will expand to include savory items. A specific product line will feature packaging created in socio-occupational workshops involving the most vulnerable young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for sourcing raw materials, <strong>several key local suppliers have been identified<\/strong>. The strategy envisions a balanced mix of local sourcing and wholesale distribution in order to ensure the economic sustainability of the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Market analysis indicates a positioning within the artisanal, organic, and short supply chain product sectors, with a diverse target audience that includes local residents, second-home owners, and tourists. Distribution will occur through multiple channels: <strong>direct sales outlets<\/strong>, including those of suppliers and other cooperative allies.
