{"id":690,"date":"2024-09-17T22:31:50","date_gmt":"2024-09-17T20:31:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/attivita-2023-24\/"},"modified":"2024-10-05T17:43:37","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T15:43:37","slug":"attivita-2023-24","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/en\/attivita-2023-24\/","title":{"rendered":"Activities 2023-24"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During 2023-24, many activities were carried out aimed at launching the Cooperative's operations, strengthening its social base, and deepening its roots in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, regarding preparatory actions for starting operations, the following should be noted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implementation of the GAL project, which includes feasibility studies on the Cooperative\u2019s business branches, as well as communication activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation of the Cooperative\u2019s idea to ImprendoCoop, winning third prize and the start-up award from Fondo Sviluppo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the project design for the co-planning of the \"Autonomy Paths\" project by the Union of Frignano Municipalities, in a consortium led by Coopattiva, with Domus Assistenza and IRECOOP as partners. The proposal was approved, and co-planning has begun;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of hospitality structures potentially to be managed, feasibility studies on managing the Cervarola Refuge, Acquaria bakery, Bar Italia, and second homes, as well as discussions with the Municipality of Riolunato regarding the Parco della Luna;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further planning for the Casa della Mariola and participation in the PNRR\/borgo C call for its infrastructural development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the Emilia-Romagna call for community cooperatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional actions aimed at launching operations include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personnel search;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structuring of communication strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding the strengthening of the social base and community engagement, the following should be highlighted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintenance and expansion of relationships with local stakeholders (Fanano, Lama Mocogno, Montecreto, Pavullo, Riolunato municipalities, Casello Dairy, Acquechiare Cooperative, Pievepelago Dairy, UniMore, Appennino Plus, Expirit, among others);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consolidation of relationships with local producers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion of the social base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\"Autonomy Paths\" Project<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goal: To support 12 young people with disabilities in achieving housing and work autonomy<br>Proposing body: Union of Frignano Municipalities<br>Funder: European Union \u2013 Next Generation EU<br>Implementing bodies: Coopattiva (lead), Domus Assistenza, IRECOOP, and Frignano Vivo<br>Duration: April 2024 - February 2026<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-646\" style=\"width:450px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/frignanovivo.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/formazione-orto_P7066167-1536x1152.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Casa della Mariola<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For housing autonomy, three beds have been set up within the Casa della Mariola in Acquaria (property of the Municipality of Montecreto).<br>The same facility will also have three additional double rooms independently used for hospitality (Room &amp; Breakfast).<br>Young participants in the project, trained specifically in hospitality and tourism, may be employed to manage the accommodations.
