Waiting for AIRES... At the Heart of the Atmosphere

At the Rocca di Sestola (Via Rocca 2, Sestola, Province of Modena), AIRES is taking shape: a new project supported by the Emilia-Romagna Region, in collaboration with the National Research Council (CNR-ISAC), the Italian Air Force (CAMM-AM), ART-ER, Parchi dell'Emilia Centrale, PROAMBIENTE (Bologna CNR Technopole), the Municipality of Sestola, and the Municipality of Modena.

In preparation for the opening of AIRES, Frignano Vivo is offering two exciting programmes during Summer 2026: one designed for the general public and another especially for teenagers.

Come and experience the first two interactive exhibits dedicated to the atmosphere and climate.

July and August

  • Every Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Exception: Sundays 5, 12, 19 and 26 July, and 2 August, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Free admission – advance booking is appreciated.
