Fabrizio Nini – President
After studying Law, just a few exams away from graduating, he began his professional career at Coopattiva, a social cooperative that focuses on socio-educational pathways and vocational integration for disadvantaged individuals. He became a professional educator and joined the Board of Directors at Coopattiva; today, he is a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for its two branches in the Pavullo area.
He is the President of Frignano Vivo and oversees both external representation and personnel management in its various aspects.
Luca Fanelli – Vice President
A graduate in History, he has primarily worked on project ideation and management in rural development, community organization, social policies, and labor and education. In the context of rural development projects, he has also been involved in setting up quality food supply chains. He has worked in both Brazil and Italy. In synergy with project management, he has been involved in policy analysis and research. He has always been emotionally attached to Frignano due to family tradition.
He is the Vice President of Frignano Vivo, overseeing general coordination and projects.
Emanuela Vanda – Advisor
A biologist specializing in wild animals, she is an Environmental Hiking Guide and has been working in Environmental Education for twenty years. Specialized in Outdoor education and environmental interpretation, she believes in the power of scientific curiosity, wonder-based teaching, and diversity synergy. She is also a regenerative mountain farmer. She collaborates with the Central Emilia Parks Authority in animating the territory through environmental awareness events. She is a volunteer in environmental and Civil Protection fields.
She is an Advisor of Frignano Vivo, responsible for community involvement, communication, hiking activities, and experiences organization.
Daniele Guerri – Member
A graduate in Accounting, aside from a few years post-diploma, he has always lived in Frignano, specifically in Sant'Andreapelago: he finds it difficult to part from the view of Mount Cimone, the sacred mountain to the people of Frignano. He works at BMORE - Administrative Services Center of Confcooperative Terre d'Emilia - in the Pavullo branch, where he has always managed the administrative aspects of associated cooperatives in the Frignano area.
Passionate about the environment and hiking, he has always been interested in local history and culture, participating in various initiatives and events. He also engages in photography and music as hobbies.
He is a member of Frignano Vivo, overseeing administration.
Irene Giancaterino – Member
A Psychologist and Life Coach, she has gained significant expertise in personal growth themes. After years of work in psychosocial research and European Project Design, she chose to follow her heart and leave the city to live and work in the mountains, surrounded by nature. She also pursues activities in theater and music, creating shows and readings in collaboration with local organizations on themes of cultural, social, and environmental interest.
She recently published "Storie per sognatori" (Dialoghi Editions), a book addressing existential and awareness themes, narrating stories of rebirth.
She is a member of Frignano Vivo.
Nathaly Hernandez - Member
She graduated in architecture from the Jose Antonio Paez University in Venezuela. In 2011 she decided to come to Italy and after a few months she began her work experience in the social welfare field at the ErgoTerapico laboratory ‘All'opera’ where she was responsible for organising the craft workshops. At the same time she worked as an operator in the protected flat ‘Il Casolare’ that hosts patients with psychiatric disorders, an experience that proved to be very profound and formative. Since 2022 he has been working with the Frignaut Association where he is in charge of organising the creative scenography workshop.
Alessia Ingrami - Socia
She has a degree in educational sciences and pedagogical sciences. She holds a master's degree in Specific Learning Disorders and one in Pedagogical Coordination and is currently training as a Behaviour Analyst (ABA). For fifteen years she has been working in the field of disability and mental disorders, running craft and creative/artistic workshops, especially theatre, with the aim of enhancing the individual as a whole. She has a private practice where she works as a pedagogist with children with DSA and ADHD and with children and young people with autism. She is pedagogical coordinator in a number of preschools in Sassuolo's Distretto Ceramico.
Carlotta Passoni - Socia
He started working in the restaurant business at the age of 16 and bought a share in a bar at 18, running it until he was 38. During these 20 years, he has gained expertise and experience in the all-round catering business, putting himself out there and having a lot of satisfaction. In addition to running a bar, he has catered at trade fairs, weddings and general events. He has always had the desire to work with people with disabilities and this has taken the form of voluntary work, carried out since 2017, at the All'Opera occupational therapy workshop in Pavullo nel Frignano.
