The personal data (name, company, and email) that you may voluntarily provide to the Frignano Vivo Community Social Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as Frignano Vivo) through the forms on the website www.frignanovivo.it or by writing to one of the email addresses indicated therein, will be processed using electronic and paper tools for the following purposes:
For the aforementioned purposes, providing your data is optional, and thus, in the event of refusal, there are no consequences other than the inability to carry out the listed activities.
Your data will be processed using paper documents and electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with legal provisions designed to ensure confidentiality, security, accuracy, updating, and relevance of the data with respect to the above-mentioned purposes and to prevent unauthorized access and processing.
Your personal data will be retained by the data controller until you notify us that you are no longer interested in our communications. In any case, your data will be stored to perform the services or activities requested through the Site, and after 10 years, they will be deleted or anonymized.
No personal data will be disclosed or transferred to a non-EU country.
Without prejudice to communications made to comply with legal, regulatory, or community obligations, your data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of the data controller according to specific job duties and may be communicated within Italy to Authorities or Public Institutions and to the data controller’s suppliers who need to access your data to perform the service offered through the Site. At any time, in relation to your data, by sending a simple written request to the Data Protection Officer via email (rpd@frignanovivo.it) or through an authorized representative, you may: (i) obtain access to your personal data to know the origin of the data, the purposes of the processing, the logic applied to the processing using electronic tools, the categories of data, the recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom the data will be communicated, the retention period, and receive the data in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain the rectification, integration, deletion, or restriction of the processing of the data; (iii) object to the processing of your personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where applicable; (v) withdraw consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
